Coca-Cola Enterprises:
Designated Driver

Holidays are coming!
For the Designated Driver Christmas Campaign, we wanted to give back and celebrate that trusted friend or family member who is the responsible driver of the night.

I came up with a snap off token concept where the Designated Driver will be gifted 2 free soft drinks during the holiday season. The token will be a keyring for your car keys, in the shape of the famous Coca-Cola Christmas truck.

I designed various other POS materials, ranging from posters, table talkers and display units. These helped decorate Greene Kings nationwide during the holiday season.

Christmas Competition
Win a Car

Alongside the Christmas campaign in stores, we also created a digital campaign, hosting a competition to win a car.

I designed the competition microsite for Greene King customers to guess the mileage of the Coca-Cola Christmas Truck for the chance to win a car.

The site linked to “Find your nearest Greene King” and tracks the current mileage and location of the Coca-Cola Christmas truck to give the customer more context for their guess.

Competition mechanic:

  1. Buy a Coca-Cola at participating Greene King and customers will receive a free coaster with a unique code.

  2. The coaster will link to the microsite. Using the unique code, the customer can make a guess to predict the truck’s mileage. They can submit a specific guess or use the random predictor.

  3. If shared on Facebook or x (fka Twitter), the customer gets a free guess.
